Chasing Memories offers the following Returns Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We do offer a 14 day money back return policy.
If you are not happy with your purchase, the first thing you need to do is contact us. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Number, that will need to be marked on your package.

Chasing Memories will refund the amount of your items returned minus the shipping. All returns will be made as a credit to whatever means that was given at time of payment. So If you paid with Paypal, then we will refund your paypal account.
